Updated: Jan 24
For those who do not know what is Kaapi-Shastra, it is a 5 days crash course conducted by the Coffe Board of India on Coffee Roasting, Brewing and Retailing conducted at the coffee board head office in Bangalore. This is offline training and a full-day course.

So for those who have attended this 5-day training programme with an ambition that you will be launching your own Coffee brand or getting more information on coffee or blending your own coffee or just you were keen to know more about your favourite beverages you must be thinking what next after these 5 days? Some of you might have even completed the Kaapi-Shastra course a few years ago with no further trusted support that you could rely on.

If you are the one who is bombarded with these questions
1) who to contact to get more help?
2) can someone be my mentor?
3) can someone say what is right or wrong in my appraoch?
4) can someone be my guide in this new journey?
5) I want to talk to someone about coffee but who do I connect with?
6) Should I launch filter coffee or Roasted beans or Green Coffee or Instant coffee or Flavoured Instant or all of these?

Advantages of having a consultant for your brand or company
For businesses small, medium, or large, hiring a consultant can be a huge time-saver, and a real asset to growth, while removing direct pressure from business owners.
Consultants can provide expertise and an objective eye to help guide a business.
Consultants work closely with business owners and managers to help identify challenges, offer advice, and propose practical solutions.
Let's understand the top 5 values that a consultant like Prashanth can bring to the table.
1. Expertise
The main values of consultants include their knowledge, expert skills, and influence. Because consultants work with a variety of businesses, they may have a much broader and deeper knowledge of business trends, industry challenges, and new technologies and processes
2. Cost Savings
When you hire a consultant, you pay only for the services that you need, when you need them. This can provide substantial savings over the long run as you save costs to reduce the cost to reinvest or start something from scratch.
3. Time Savings
The experience of consultants means that they know best practices already.
4. Objectivity
Consultants provide a useful distance from business challenges; they are not emotionally invested in operations in the same way that business owners are and they can more easily identify and address challenges, whether the issue is implementing a new blend or completing a merger or acquisition.
5. Customization
Consultants do not offer a one-size-fits-all solution. Their value comes in learning about each client’s business and goals and tailoring advice and strategy consulting to the specific challenges that the business faces.
