Instant coffee desserts

Spice up your relationship with Woodi Peck's Premium Instant coffee!


Are you and your partner a coffee fanatic, where your day starts and ends with coffee then here are some simple yet mouth-watering desserts, which you can make at home with some simple ingredients and surprise your loved ones.




1. Coffee Chocolate Mousse

To make this delicious and creamy mousse with Woodi Peck's Premium instant coffee and your favourite chocolate.

a) Take a pan and add in 2 tbsp butter (unsalted)

b) Add in ½ cup dark chocolate and keep stirring until all the chocolate melts.

c) Add in 1 cup milk

d) ½ cup heavy cream

e) 2 tbsp Woodi Peck's Premium Instant Coffee powder

f) ½ cup brown sugar and keep stirring until you get a thick flowing consistency.

g) Now add 2 tbsp cornflour

i) 1 tsp vanilla essence.


Let the blend turn thick, turn off the flame and pour it in a baking tray or tin layered with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and enjoy.

2. Tiramisu with Instant Coffee



To prepare this fancy and celebratory Italian dessert follow these steps


a) take a heavy pan and add 1 cup milk

b) add in ½ cup heavy cream

c) 1 cup dark chocolate chip and keep stirring until it melts.

d) add ½ Cocoa Powder

e) add ½ Cinnamon powder and stir until it becomes thick

prepare coffee shots and soak crackers in the tray. Once the chocolate mixture is ready, add in cocoa powder, cinnamon and make a thick cream. Layer the crackers with this cream and your dessert is ready. Just refrigerate and enjoy.


3. Nutty Coffee



Craving a Nutty chocolaty treat with a twist of coffee?


a) Take a pan and add in 2 tbsp butter

b) ½ cup milk

c) 1/2 cup coffee decoction (Take 1/2 cup warm water and add 2 tbsp Woodi Pecks Premium Instant Coffee and mix well)

d) 2 tbsp cocoa powder

e) ½ cup chocolate chips

Make a thick paste by mixing continuously and keep it separately


Now take all the nuts that you fancy and roast them on medium heat allowing it to cool down and crush well.

For Servings take small glasses, fill in the 1/4 crushed nut and pour the rest thick chocolate mixture, refrigerate and enjoy!
